ACKNOWLEDGING GOD IN ALL YOUR WAYS

"Trust in the Lord with all thine heart; and lean not unto thine own understanding. 6. In all thy ways acknowledge him, and he shall direct thy paths. 7. ¶Be not wise in thine own eyes: fear the Lord, and depart from evil." (Proverbs 3:5-6 KJV)

One of the surest ways of demonstrating our trust in God is by acknowledging Him in all our ways.

To acknowledge God means to seek His face, seek His counsel, recognize Him and of course prioritize Him. Thus, we demonstrate our trust in God by seeking His face in all our dealings, and also recognizing or prioritizing Him in all our dealings. Hallelujah!

And this is why in our devotional text, after the word of God said we should trust in the Lord with all our hearts and lean not unto our own understanding, the word further said in all our ways we should acknowledge Him and He will direct our part. Thus, by acknowledging the Lord, we prove our trust in Him and not in our own understanding or intelligence.

A person who trust in Himself rather than God will not worry Himself trying to seek the face of God for the pursuits of his life. Because He believes in himself or his own intelligence, He sees the time spending in seeking God's face to be a waste. But the word of God says those who will acknowledge the Lord, He will direct their path. Hallelujah!

So always demonstrate your trust in God by seeking His face in all your dealings and you will see Him directing all your paths and will consequently perfect all that which concerns you in Jesus name. Amen!

Prayer/Declaration
Heavenly Father I thank You for the wisdom to trust you with all my heart. I refuse to lean unto my own understanding, but in all my ways I acknowledge You and You direct all my paths from glory to glory in Jesus name. Amen!
