BE STRONG IN THE GRACE IN CHRIST JESUS

"Thou therefore, my son, be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus." (2 Timothy 2:1 KJV)

We've learnt that our dominion as sons and daughters of God is based on the inner capacity we are able to develop (Ephesians 1:19). The more we build our capacity within, the more we walk in dominion outside.

And for this reason Apostle Paul, as part of his counsel unto Pastor Timothy his son declared to him to be strong in the grace that is in Christ Jesus (2 Timothy 2:1).

Apostle Paul gave this counsel unto Timothy because he knew that without the strength of God, Timothy will not be able to accomplish the pastoral ministry that God appointed for him. Likewise in our own lives or destinies, if we don't strengthen ourselves in the Lord it will pose a challenge to we fulfilling our own destinies and purpose in Christ.

But the glorious thing about our capacity building is that we don't just strengthen ourselves by ourselves or in our own strength, but we strengthen ourselves in the grace in Christ Jesus or the provision that God has made for us in Christ Jesus our Lord. And this is why irrespective of how you seem to be weak you can be strong in Christ Jesus. And for that matter, the word of God even says, let the weak say "I am strong" (Joel 3:10)

So don't settle for any form of weakness, but strengthen yourself in Christ Jesus our Lord by yielding to the tough trainings of the Spirit. Glory to God! Hallelujah!

Prayer/Declaration
Heavenly Father, I thank You for the opportunity to be strengthened in Christ. I declare that I am strong in the grace which is in Christ Jesus my Lord and Saviour and I do great and Mighty exploits in every area of my life in Jesus name. Amen!
