CONTRADICTION OF SINNERS

"For consider him that endured such contradiction of sinners against himself, lest ye be wearied and faint in your minds." (Hebrews 12:3 KJV)

The word of God describes the cross of our Lord Jesus Christ as "contradiction of sinners against Himself." But what does the word of God implies by this? This contradiction, refers to the false accusation or judgment and treatment of our Lord Jesus Christ a righteous and Holy man as a sinner. And not just any normal sinner, but the worst of all criminals to deserve the death on the cross.

Do you realize that this was the most painful experience that He had. His most painful experience was neither the stripes, nor the crown of thorns, nor the nails, nor the very cross He was hanged on. His most painful experience was the emotional and spiritual torture He endured being judged as a sinner. This was why when this torture got to the peak as the father even turned his back on Him, Eloi, Eloi, lama sabachthani" which meant my God, my God, why have you forsaken me? To Him it was somehow bearable when the people judged Him as a sinner but when the Father Himself also judged Him as such and turned His back on Him it was a serious matter.

Now, this also happens to be the challenge that sometimes as Christians we also bear as our cross. The case of false accusation, or false judgment, and usually we are not able to take it and try to do everything possible to defend themselves, to no avail, because it's simply a cross that God has appointed for us to bear for our glorification.

What you do in such a case is to pray more and trust God to see you through. Don't just become angry at your false accusers, and don't let it affect your own personally or character. Just pray more and consider Jesus Christ our Lord in this process if endurance. And just as He was glorified by this same process, so shall it all turn to your glory in Jesus name. Amen!

Prayer/Declaration
Heavenly Father I thank You for the wisdom that You have given me in dealing with the cross of false accusation and judgment. I declare that I'm filled with all grace to endure this kind of cross and I come out victoriously to the glory of God the Father in Jesus name. Amen!
