"As every man hath received the gift, even so minister the same one to another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God." (1 Peter 4:10 KJV)

We've seen that God has made us stewards of His manifold grace. And as stewards we take care of the grace or gifts of God in us and minister the same to others

But one key thing is that most of these gifts that the Lord has given to us were given in a raw state that we have to develop to the level where it can really be a blessing unto us, the Church, the world and also bring Glory to God. But that is where many people miss it by neglecting their gifts in them, because they are at that raw state.

Many people don't seem to see the value of that gift that God has given them and the impact that that gift can create if it is well developed.

And this is why Apostle Paul told Timothy that he should not neglect the gift that is in him (1Timothy 4:14). You neglect your gift by not putting it to work. By constantly putting that gift to work, you develop it and the more you work with it the more it grows in and through you and the greater the impact that that gift creates.

But as you neglect it, it gradually dies and continuous neglecting of the gift will even later make you think that that gift is not there or you never had it. But as you continuously put it to work you will see it growing mightily in and through you and becoming more blessing unto you, the church, the world and it will ultimately bring God more and more Glory in Jesus name. Amen!

Heavenly Father, I thank you for the gifts You've given me in Christ Jesus. I declare that I develop these gifts, even as I put them to work for Your Glory in Jesus name. Amen!
