GOOD STEWARDS OF GOD
"As every man hath received the gift, even so minister the same one to another, as good stewards of the manifold grace of God." (1 Peter 4:10 KJV)
The word of God says as everyone of us has received the gift, we should also minister the same one to another as good stewards of the manifold grace of God. Hallelujah!
So we are in this world as stewards of God. Steward is from the Greek word 'oikonomos' which refers to a house distributer or manager, a caretaker, a governor, or a treasurer. Thus, God says He has made us His caretakers and distributors on this earth
And what do we take care of or distribute? His manifold grace. So God has given us the charge of His grace, which is in us as His diverse abilities or gifts in us, which we are to distribute to the world. And our diligence or faithfulness in doing so is what makes us good stewards for God and not bad stewards.
So God is looking up to us. Are we going to effectively distribute the manifold grace that He has given to us through our various ministries or we are going to keep this grace unto ourselves. He said as good stewards we minister the grace of God unto one another. So what makes you a good steward is that, indeed you minister to others by the gifts, talents and abilities that God has given you in Jesus name. Amen!
Prayer/Declaration
Heavenly Father I thank You for making me a good steward of Your manifold grace. I declare that as a good steward I minister unto others the manifold grace of God in Jesus name. Amen!
