"And they went into Capernaum; and straightway on the sabbath day he entered into the synagogue, and taught." (Mar 1:21 KJV)

We saw yesterday that urgency was one of the major characteristics of our Lord Jesus's ministry on earth. And this virtue was one of the things that made Him to finish His earthly ministry on time.

The significance or doing things with urgency cannot be over emphasized. In the sense that whether we like it or not, everyone of us has twenty hours in a day and the number of hours you have in a day cannot be increase with respect to you. So can neither the number of days you have in a week nor the number of weeks you have in a month nor the number of months you have in the year be increased for you.

Thus, what you can do to make the most out of everyday, every week, every month and every year is working with speed as the Lord has granted you grace for. But most times people relax with their work, or tries to procrastinate or prospone their work. So instead of working with speed to take advantage of the time that we have, we rather delay with our work and sometimes these things cost us dearly.

Now one major issue with delaying the work of God appointed for you is that it actually delays every other thing about your life. This is a spiritual principle that people have not really caught. The more you fulfil your ministry with speed, the more you operate with speed in every other area of your by the grace of God.

So be resolved to operate with speed in your ministry and refuse to give room for any form of delay and see your life move with speed in every area of your life in Jesus name. Amen!

Prayer/Declaration
Heavenly Father, I thank You for revealing to me the effects of delaying your work in my life. I declare that I refuse to delay in the fulfillment of my ministry and I operate with divine speed in every area of my life in Jesus name. Amen!
