RECEIVING A MAN OF GOD APPROPRIATELY

"He that receiveth a prophet in the name of a prophet shall receive a prophet's reward; and he that receiveth a righteous man in the name of a righteous man shall receive a righteous man's reward." (Matthew 10:41 KJV)

One challenge that some Christians face is their ignorance of the value of the men of God whom God has anointed to be a blessing to them.

Because of this ignorance, most times people miss their opportune moment of encounter with God through his anointed vessels.

Thus, the word of God says, he that receives a prophet in the name of a prophet shall receive a prophet's reward and he that receives a righteous man in the name of a righteous man shall receive a righteous man's reward.

What does the word of God mean by a prophet or righteous man's reward? It is the grace that the Lord has given unto that prophet or man of God to be a blessing unto others. And God does not refer to it as God's own reward, but the reward of that particular prophet or man of God.

Thus, receiving this blessing which God has given unto any man of God has a lot to do with how you relate with or receive that particular prophet or man of God.

This blessing is given by God to that particular man of God to minister unto others, but only those who can appropriately receive him as a man or prophet of God can actually receive the blessing that the Lord has given him.

And you receive a man or prophet of God by showing him honour, doing what he tells you to do, serving him and giving to him or ministering to him out of your substance. Glory to God! Hallelujah!

Prayer/Declaration
Heavenly Father, I thank You for the men of God You have appointed to be a blessing unto me. I declare that I'm filled with all wisdom to receive the ministration of all these men of God appropriately and I'm mightily blessed by doing so in Jesus name. Amen!
