REFUSE TO BE WEARY! REFUSE TO FAINT!

"For consider him that endured such contradiction of sinners against himself, lest ye be wearied and faint in your minds." (Hebrews 12:3 KJV)

We saw yesterday that most Christians are not able to endure their cross and run their race because they easily become weary and faint in their minds. But the main remedy to deal with this is to consider or look unto Jesus, how He was glorified after enduring His cross.

It is worth noting that the nature of everyone's cross is such that it will seem difficult for that person to bear, but by looking unto Jesus the author and finisher of your faith you are strengthened by His grace to endure and to overcome, just as He also overcame. Hallelujah!

The understanding you receive from the endurance of our Lord Jesus and His glorification should give you the tenacity or staying power to endure that cross, and you should have that readiness in your mind that, no matter how challenging or difficult the cross may be, you will still stand to go through that process.

This was what Apostle Paul meant in his teaching on spiritual warfare, that after doing all that you can to stand, ensuring you are still standing (Ephesians 6:14). Never give up, never become weary, and never faith in the process. After doing all that you can to stand, just ensure that you are still standing. Just know that the cross is only seasonal and merely part of the process to bring you to your eternal glory. Thus, you make up your mind, even as you consider Jesus in this process of endurance, that no matter what comes your way you will keep on standing.

It is this resolute attitude grounded in your faith in the Lord Jesus that will cause you to remain standing and still endure that cross and run that race appointed for you in Jesus name. Amen!

Prayer/Declaration
Heavenly Father, I thank You for the strength You have given me in enduring the cross and running the race You have appointed for me, even as I consider my Lord Jesus Christ in this process. I declare that I refuse to be weary and I refuse to faint, even as I endure the cross and run the race that you have appointed for me in Jesus name. Amen!
