The general understanding that people usually have is that this person has been given this gift and that person has been given that gift.

But the word of God says, whilst there are different kinds of gifts, it is that same Holy Spirit that gives to all. Thus, the focus is not just about a certain gift that somebody has or not, but whether that person is filled with the fullness of the Spirit. Because these gifts are given by this same Holy Spirit and a man that is full of the Holy Spirit can operate in all these gifts even though at varying dimensions.

And this is why the word of God teaches us to covet the best gifts (1 Corinthians 12:31), which happens to be any of the gifts which is needed at any point in time. Thus a man full of the Holy Ghost can operate any of these gifts which are all given by the same Holy Spirit of God in Jesus name. Glory to God! Hallelujah!

Prayer/Declaration
Heavenly Father, I thank You for the gifts of the Spirit that operates in me. I declare that I'm full of the Holy Spirit and walk in the full operations of all these gifts in Jesus name. Amen!
