"Say not ye, There are yet four months, and then cometh harvest? behold, I say unto you, Lift up your eyes, and look on the fields; for they are white already to harvest." (John 4:35 KJV)

In Jesus's discourse with the disciples after His ministry to the Samaritan woman, where He declared to them that His food was to do the will of the one who sent Him and to finish His work, He further informed them that they should not say that there is yet four months for harvest to come. They should lift their eyes and look on the fields and they will see that the fields are already for harvest. Hallelujah!

This harvest that our Lord Jesus Christ spoke of in this verse was the same work which He had earlier on informed His disciples that it was His food which is soul winning. Hallelujah!

Thus, by our Lord Jesus's statement, we should not think that the harvest of souls is for the future. No He says it is for the now. He says we should lift up our eyes and look on the fields, for they are already to harvest. Hallelujah!

So everyday that the Lord grants you life should be a day of soul winning for you. Let your life be relevant in the kingdom of God on a daily basis. Don't just say that ok tomorrow I will sin souls for that tomorrow may never come either for you or the soul you intend to win.

This was why our Lord Jesus Christ also declared concerning Himself that He must be about His Father's business on a daily basis (Luke 2:49). He just understood that the harvest was always in the now and not tomorrow or some future days.

So don't say, tomorrow you will engage in the harvest of soul winning. What can you do now? Who can you win now? What opportunities are there for you to win souls? If you really make these candid assessment of yourself you will be able to see that there is a lot that you can achieve for the kingdom of God in the now. So rise to the task of soul winning today in Jesus name. Amen!

Prayer/Declaration
Heavenly Father, I thank You for reminding me of the reality that the harvest of souls is now. I declare that I rise to this task of soul winning in the now and I'm blest in all my dealings in Jesus name. Amen!
