THE POWER OF SIGHT

"And the Lord said unto Abram, after that Lot was separated from him, Lift up now thine eyes, and look from the place where thou art northward, and southward, and eastward, and westward: 15. For all the land which thou seest, to thee will I give it, and to thy seed forever." (Genesis 13:14-15 KJV)

In the past few days, we've been looking briefly at dreams and visions as two operations of the Holy Spirit that involves the sense of sight.

We've understood that the main distinguishing feature between these two is the state of the person involved. That is whiles visions are received whiles one is awake, dreams are received whilst one is asleep.

But as we've already learnt, they both employ the sense of sight.

Now whereas in the physical, this sense only serve the purpose of seeing, in the realm of the spirit it serves a far more greater purpose, which is the purpose of ownership or possession.

This is the power of sight in the realm of the Spirit. In the realm of the Spirit what you see is who you. And this was why as part of God fulfilling His covenant blessing unto Papa Abraham, He commanded Him to see and told him that as far as he could see, that is what He will give him.  And indeed as far as Papa Abraham saw, northward, southward, eastward and westward, which was the whole world, it was given unto him and his seed(Rom 4:13). Glory to God!

In like manner, the Lord always stirs our sense of sight to see the things He has given us, so that we can possess them in our spirit and through our declarations or prayers enforce their full manifestation in the physical realm. Hallelujah

This is the reason for the visions and dreams that the Lord gives us by the Holy Spirit. So the question is what has the Lord revealed unto you and what can you see? For as far as you can see that is what the Lord has given you. So what you see, enforce them into full manifestation in the realm of the physical, by boldly declaring them into your life in the name of Jesus Christ our Lord. Glory to God! Hallelujah!

Prayer/Declaration Heavenly Father, I thank You for the power of sight. I thank You for the glorious pictures you have shown me of the things that You have given  me in Christ Jesus. I declare that, I speak them forth into full manifestation in the realm of the physical in Jesus name. Amen!
