THE SOLUTION IS YOUR ABILITY..
THE SOLUTION IS YOUR ABILITY TO BEAR THE TEMPTATION
"There hath no temptation taken you but such as is common to man: but God is faithful, who will not suffer you to be tempted above that ye are able; but will with the temptation also make a way to escape, that ye may be able to bear it." (1 Corinthians 10:13 KJV)
The word of God says that, in all the temptations that we face, God's faithfulness is demonstrated in and through us, and by this temptation He makes a way to escape for us so that we are able to bear that temptation.
Usually when people read this scripture they begin to look for some escape route out of the temptation or challenge, as though God by this scripture said He will open a door for them to run away from the temptation or challenge that they face.
For instance somebody called by God into the ministry begins to face financial challenges and he begins to think that the way of dealing with that challenge is forfeiting the ministry and going to seek some greener pastures elsewhere or through some secular job or Business. Or married couple having challenges in the marriage and they begin to think that when that marriage is dissolved, they will have the opportunity to marry someone better than their spouse.
The word of God does not merely say that God by His faithfulness will give you an escape route so that you will be able to run out of the challenge. But the word of God rather says, God will make a way of escape so that you will be able to bear or endure the temptation. Hallelujah!
So the escape route that God has for you is His ability to make you able to bear, endure or remain in that challenge and actually overcome it.
So don't be too quick to jump out of the challenge or temptation that you are going through. Be patient in the same and trust in the faithfulness of God and depend on His strength and ability to faithfully go through that process and I tell you, you will see the glorious light at the end of the process. This was why David said God enlarged him when he was in distress (Psalm 4:1). Thus the Lord uses the same distress, challenge or temptation to enlarge you and that enlargement breaks you out of it as you patiently endure unto the end. Glory to God! Hallelujah!
Prayer/Declaration
Heavenly Father I thank You for the solution You have given me of all the challenges that I face, which is Your ability to bear the challenge to the very end. I declare that I'm constantly strengthened with might in my inner man to continually bear every challenge to the very end in Jesus name. Amen!
