WAR WITH THE PROPHECIES

"This charge I commit unto thee, son Timothy, according to the prophecies which went before on thee, that thou by them mightest war a good warfare" (1 Timothy 1:18 KJV)

The word of God reveals a very important principle unto us in 1 Timothy 1:18. Apostle Paul commanded his son Timothy to war a good warfare with the prophecies that were declared concerning him

From this scripture we see that prophecies are tools for spiritual warfare. Any Prophecy that you receive, it is not a signal for you to go and sleep or relax, thinking that it is a done deal. Rather the prophecies that we receive are  weapon that have been put in our hands to war a battle which is good for us.

Prophecies help us to spiritually strategize our life which gives us advantage in all that we do. Know that a greater part of the issues of humanity is the issue of ignorance, or lack of relevant or strategic information. And the worse of all these is the lack of spiritual knowledge, and this is where prophecies come in to help, whether a prophetic word from a man of God, an inspiration or illumination from the word of God or through personal visions or dreams or other divine inspirations.

These prophetic directions that we receive through these channels give us both the knowledge of what we are to do and the capacity to do them to the Glory of God in Jesus name. Amen!

Prayer/Declaration
Heavenly Father, I thank You for the prophecies You've given me. I declare that I war a good warfare in every area of my life with these prophecies in Jesus name. Amen!
